Four Ways You Know It’s Time to Lose Weight

1. The last time you weighed yourself you broke the scale . . . literally.  (I had to buy a new one to start this!)

2. You weigh as much as your wife and three children COMBINED.  (Okay, I’m 13 inches taller than my petite wife, and my kids are young, but STILL! That is a milestone you NEVER want to pass!)

3. When you put on your pants you experience a “muffin top” effect with your love handles.  (Looks best with a swimsuit – yuck!)

4. You gained 9 lbs. since buying the domain “drop30pounds.com”, but figure it’s not worth buying another domain name.  (Even if I need to drop 39 pounds now, the point is still the same!)
