Slowly Coming Down

Well, I’ve been trying to do better on the diet and exercise a bit more, and even though I haven’t lost much this week, it’s still heading in a good direction.

Weight: 215.4 lbs.
Waist: 39.5 inches

I’ll be ratcheting up the workouts this week a bit and see if I can keep up the downward trend.
