Not much change this week, but at least I’m in Florida!

This week’s weigh in is basically flat from last week.

Weight: 216 lbs.
Waist: 39.5 inches

I guess I basically broke even with my reduced workout schedule and not biking to work while I was sick.  I don’t expect to much out of this coming week, but hope to recharge the batteries and think of some ideas for the upcoming months of battling the scale.
