It takes 12,000 calories a day to look like Michael Phelps!

Apparently you CAN eat anything you want and be in great shape!  All you have to do is keep up the training and competition schedule of the best Olympic swimmer in the world :-)

Like I tell my wife, a body like mine doesn’t “just happen”… you’ve got to FEED it.  Unfortunately, I missed the memo on the intensive training regime that needs to be maintained to match the gross intake – oops!
