Halloween candy, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas treats, etc. seem to provide about 8 solid weeks of extra eating opportunities. I am most happy to oblige.
That said, If I’m ever going to lose any weight through this traditionally fat time of year, I’m going to need a more specific, time-bound goal. A deadline. We all know I need to Drop 30 Pounds, but how ’bout I Drop 8 Pounds by the end of the year, instead of gain 10 like I would have otherwise.
