Workout Programs

To achieve optimal fitness levels, you must exercise!  There are so many exercise programs to chose from, and we’re here to help.  The key is to find a program that works for you and that you’ll stick with.  It doesn’t matter if an elaborate fitness regimen would yield “ideal” results, if you won’t stick with it, then you’ll get NO results.  Best to find something that fits into your lifestyle and that you can reasonably enjoy doing so that you’ll get the long-term benefits.

Some fitness programs are geared more towards women, others toward men.  Some center around body-weight exercises and others around actual weight training.  Think about your goals and what you want your body to look like.  If you’re looking for some muscle mass, then heavy weights will absolutely be part of your training routine.  If you’re looking to loose weight, then some cardio and high intensity body-weight training will help you achieve those results.
