Well, I finally got some exercise this week thanks to a quick ski trip to Telluride. It’s been at least five years since I’ve skied, so this was a killer workout to ski for three days straight. It was a lot of fun, but man, my legs are KILLING me.
Hoping to see something reflected in Monday’s weigh-in. Next week I need to finally pick up the exercise again. It’s been too long and I need to keep the weight loss trend for the new year.

Beautiful picture. Makes me a little jealous–I didn’t think I missed skiing that much until seeing that!
I’ve decided I need to join you and I’m going to be trying to lose 30 pounds by this summer. Wish me luck!
