Sadly, exercise alone isn’t enough

It’s time for the weekly weigh in…

Weight: 215.8 lbs.
Waist: 40.5 inches

I won’t lie, it’s a bit disappointing to see that weight number not just “the same” but a touch higher.  Oh well.  I feel good from exercising for two weeks now, but I realize I won’t be able to make nearly as much progress till I do something about my diet.  We’ll see.  I’ll have to keep ratcheting up the exercise and see where it gets me.
