Alright! Finally a little movement. I had three good days of exercising last week and didn’t eat anything too crazy, so I was rewarded with this weekly weigh in:
Weight: 213.4 lbs.
Waist: 39.5 inches
I updated my progress chart, which is fun to see that it’s got an overall downward trend. I look forward to dropping below 200 again. It’s still a ways away, but feels like it’s coming into view.

Ew I’m so jealous! I didn’t even BOTHER weighing myself after last week….. ahhh….
