Combat Abs review – it’s the only thing keeping the waist size shrinking

The bright spot in my first few weeks of training is that my waist has continued to shrink by half an inch a week.  I give the credit to Combat Abs by Matt Furey.

Combat Abs is a training program that consists of 50 exercises that are done primarily with body weight only.  The core of the program centers around the “Magnificent Seven” – a handful of ab firming movements that involve deep breathing, tightening, squeezing – basically isometric exercises and stretches.  The Mag 7 alone is enough to keep me busy for the moment and takes me about 10 minutes to run through.  What I like is that the exercises are simple and can be done without any equipment.
