Finally Got Some Exercise on a Ski Trip

Well, I finally got some exercise this week thanks to a quick ski trip to Telluride.  It’s been at least five years since I’ve skied, so this was a killer workout to ski for three days straight.  It was a lot of fun, but man, my legs are KILLING me. 

Hoping to see something reflected in Monday’s weigh-in.  Next week I need to finally pick up the exercise again.  It’s been too long and I need to keep the weight loss trend for the new year.

Finally A Little More Movement

One week later, took off a couple pounds:

Weight: 213 lbs.
Waist: 39.5 inches

Still mostly watching what I eat.  Going to have to exercise at some point!

Drop One Pound

One week later, one down one pound:

Weight: 215 lbs.
Waist: 39.5 inches

Watching what I eat a bit more.  It’s about all I can handle right now.

Nothing New This Week

One week later, no change:

Weight: 216 lbs.
Waist: 39.5 inches

Maybe lack of exercise?  Maybe eating too much?  Could be anything… :-)

I’m a Muffin Top

One of my first posts was about being a muffin top. Today I came across a pretty funny video that gives an alternative meaning to that term :-)  What a sweet guy — haha.
